What’s his secret? Excellent customer service. “For the past 20 years, we have never had a voicemail. We have always taken live calls from our customers” Deathridge mentions. He describes his internal team as “diverse, knowledgeable and aggressive,” three traits that truly fuel their ongoing success. “People will always make improvements to their largest investment, so having a team that can keep up with a saturated industry like home improvement is important.”
“Putting new procedures in place and watching them change the dynamics of my company” is what Deathridge loves most. In fact, his superlative engagement and hands-on methods recently earned Deathridge the Ambassador Award at the annual Window World award ceremony. Outside of managing four Window World franchises, Deathridge enjoys a round of golf and a quiet dinner at his favorite restaurant in Northern Virginia.
With years of experience and acknowledgments in the books, Greg has zero plans of slowing down. What’s to come for Deathridge? “In ten years, I would like to be servicing 100,000 customers in multiple markets and expanding our product line has always been a dream of mine.”
