"We want to personally thank Arthur Simons for all of his help last night. After he provided us with the price quote for our new windows, we noticed our family room was taking in water from all of the torrential rain the last few days. Arthur, without hesitation, insisted on helping anyway he could and even offered to help move furniture. We thanked him but told him it wasn’t necessary. He again insisted. He helped my husband bail the standing water in our flower garden, which is a cement casing in the front of house and helped re-position the down spouts away from the garden in order to redirect the water away from the house. He and my husband were completely soaked from head to toe as it was still raining while they were working. Arthur is an amazing young man and Window World should be honored to have him as one of their employees. He went out of his way to help us and didn’t even think twice before offering.
